Patrice’s passion is residential design. She is a highly creative designer who can design anything for a home, from kitchens, baths, and interiors, to exteriors and landscaping.

 

She starts with efficient space planning and expert knowledge of practical materials, and builds on that to design and specify beautiful and functional spaces, always working with her client’s budget and preferences. She uses her up-to-date knowledge of what is dated vs in-style to help create projects that reflect 'today'.....versus from 10, 20, or 30 years ago.

 

Highly technical training and experience in architecture, interior design, kitchen and bath design, landscape design, structural engineering, and project management gives Patrice a unique background from which to create beautiful homes and remodel projects.  She also has hands-on construction experience.

 

Patrice is a kitchen, bath, and landscape specialist and can work with a small part of a project to an entire home, remodel or new construction, including out-door rooms and kitchens, plants, hardscaping, and lighting.

 

She also loves to add curb appeal to a home through exterior upgrades, and to finish interior spaces with beautiful paint colors, furniture, artwork, lighting, and accessories.

 

Patrice works with clients in different ways, depending on the type of project and design needs, and can do short-term consulting to full design and project management.
